Website
Privacy
This page describes ordinary browsing of agencythread.org. If you are considering sending us real project material as a Private Alpha pilot participant, read Pilot Data & Privacy instead — the two are different.
Three different things on this site
- Ordinary browsing — reading the site itself.
- Expressing pilot interest — the qualification form on the Private Pilot page, which only asks for contact and interest information.
- Submitting actual project evidence — this only happens later, by direct arrangement, and is covered separately in Pilot Data & Privacy.
This page covers the first two. It does not cover project evidence.
Ordinary browsing
As currently built, this site has:
- no advertising pixels;
- no marketing or analytics trackers;
- no user accounts;
- no payment system;
- no nonessential cookies.
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server access logs (such as IP address, requested page, and timestamp) for operating and securing the site, the way most web hosting does by default. We do not use those logs for advertising or profiling.
Expressing pilot interest
The Private Pilot page includes a short interest form. It opens a pre-filled email to info@agencythread.org in your own email application — the form itself does not submit to a server or database. The information you send (name, email, organization, role, and what you describe) is used only to follow up about possible Private Alpha participation.
Project evidence
We do not collect real project evidence through this website. If you become a pilot participant, that material is handled under the separate terms described in Pilot Data & Privacy, including what to submit, what not to submit, how it is used, retention, and deletion.
What we do not claim
We only describe controls that actually exist. We do not currently claim SOC 2, HIPAA compliance, FERPA certification, enterprise-grade security, a specific encryption architecture, or any security certification we do not hold.
